Susie finds a job to earn money for a moped. When she discovers she needs a work permit, Susie is discouraged and feels that laws only work against teenagers, until she realizes that a work permit might protect her. She gets the permit, starts her new job and before long buys the moped. Susie learns that the law works for teenagers in other ways, too. After she buys the moped, it breaks down and she takes the moped dealer to small claims court to force him to honor the warranty.
